Job description
The BIM coordinator coordinates architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical models on projects, defines model standards and runs clash checks.
Responsibilities
- Preparing the BIM execution plan (BEP)
- Federating discipline models and producing clash reports
- Preparing model data for quantity take-off and carbon analysis
- BIM training for the team
Requirements
- Architecture or civil engineering
- At least 4 years with Revit and Navisworks
- IFC and COBie knowledge preferred
