Legal grounds and transfers
Your data is processed on the grounds of explicit consent, establishment of a contract and legitimate interest. It is not shared with third parties; transfers are limited to legal obligations and service providers (hosting, email).
Retention and your rights
Application data is kept for 24 months. For your rights under Article 11 of KVKK you can apply to kvkk@esikmimarlik.com.
